Insurance Company Euroins AD Branch Greece is seeking a full-time employment Lawyer.

Main responsibilities:

• Overall overview of the insurance legislation and the compliance of the activity of the branch with it
• Review and drafting of the Company's contracts
• Management support on matters of contract, labor and tax law
• Opinion and legal advice on the preparation of files for public tenders and the drafting of letters of complaint
• Opinion and legal advice on the General Data Protection Regulation and the Company's compliance with it
• Dealing with real estate management issues
• Participation in the resolution of other matters of a legal nature not listed above relevant to the legal framework of the branch’s activity

Necessary qualifications:

• Master of Law Degree
• Member of the Bar Association
• Experience handling labor, commercial and administrative law cases
• Excellent knowledge of English and legal terminology
• Excellent knowledge of computer handling
• Desired Qualifications:
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar position
• Knowledge of insurance law
