EUROINS GREECE is seeking an experienced and dedicated Underwriter to join its team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for risk assessment and analysis, forming insurance proposals, and managing clients to ensure the company's profitability and growth.
Main Responsibilities:
Evaluate insurance applications and analyze risks. Determine appropriate terms and conditions for providing insurance. Negotiate with intermediaries and clients to formulate insurance proposals. Monitor and manage the insurance portfolio. Collaborate with the sales team and other operational teams to achieve corporate goals.
Required Qualifications:
Degree in Statistics and Insurance Science, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. At least 2 years of experience in an Underwriter position or a similar role. Excellent knowledge of the insurance market and regulations. Strong analytical skills and decision-making ability. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills. Excellent command of Greek and English. Certification as an Insurance Intermediary will be considered a plus.
