Motor Third Party Liability Claim

1. Call 100 in incidents where:

• There are wounded
• The use of alcohol and/or toxic substances is suspected
• There are more than two vehicles involved in the incident
• There is disagreement about the circumstances of the accident
• In case of presentation of a valid driving license
• In case of non-presentation of valid insurance of the involved vehicle (MTPL)

2. Secure the scene of the incident and install a triangular sign to limit damage.

4. Take photographs from the scene of the accident, the vehicles involved as well as the contact points of the vehicles, if possible before moving the vehicles.
