Kremena Pateva

Mrs. Pateva has more than 14 years of experience in the field of insurance. In 2009, Mrs. Pateva started working at Euroins-Health Insurance as a statistician and was later promoted to head of the Reporting and Actuary department. In 2017, Euroins-Health Insurance was transformed through a merger with EIG Re, as both companies are part of Euroins Insurance Group (EIG). Since 2016, Mrs. Pateva has been the Head of the Risk Management department at EIG, participating directly in the project to bring the company's systems and processes in line with the requirements of the Solvency II regime, as well as in other significant projects implemented within EIG - review of balance sheets of subsidiary insurance companies; a project to build an accounting department and others. As of November 14th, 2023, Mrs. Pateva is appointed Executive Director of EIG. Since September 2024 she was appointed as a member of the Board of Directors of Euroins Bulgaria. Mrs. Pateva holds a Bachelor's degree in Applied Mathematics and a Master's degree in Business Administration.

She is a qualified actuary in the field of life insurance and has a professional certificate in management.

She is fluent in English and Bulgarian.
