STRENGTHENING HIGH GROWTH RATES WITH NEW PRODUCTS IN 2023

Athens, 13 February 2023 – Euroins Greece, a subsidiary of the leading European holding group Eurohold Bulgaria AD, aims to strengthen the dynamic growth rates in the Greek market, by expanding the insurance services provided.

At the event held for the celebration of the Company’s New Year's pie cutting, CEO Evgeny Svetoslavov Ignatov highlighted the achievements recorded in 2022 by Euroins Greece, despite the unfavorable macroeconomic environment.     These include the dynamic growth of the fleet in over 200,000 insured vehicles as well as the 11.5% increase in premiums on an annual basis.

At the core of 2023 strategy presented by Mr.  Ignatov among the Company's executives is the expansion of the product portfolio, following the impressive results recorded by "autosafe" vehicle insurance in recent months. New products planned for this year include home insurance, personal accident, health, cyber risk, etc.

Also present at the corporate event were senior executives of the parent company, including Mrs. Rumyana Betova, Executive Director and Member of the Board of Directors of  Euroins Bulgaria and Mr.  Dimitar Dimitrov, Vice Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Eurohold. On behalf of the Greek branch, the Deputy Director Athanasios I.   Smyrnis and the Chief Operations Officer Alexandros Skliris.

Addressing the Company's staff, Mr.  Ignatov said: "It is with great pleasure and satisfaction that we close four years of operation of Euroins branch in Greece. 2022, despite the adversities that reserved for the entire European economy, marks a year of dynamic growth of our Company in the domestic insurance market with new products and services for our policyholders as a channel. Above all, however, it marks a year of persistent effort  and goal-setting for all of you, the  people of Euroins who, thanks to your dedication, make our goals a reality. For 2023, we aim for greater penetration in the Greek market, setting the bar even higher in order to maximize the benefit for our customers and shareholders».
