EUROINS GREECE PROUD SUPPORTER OF AQUACULTURE SYMPOSIUM 2023

Athens, 11 December 2023 – Euroins Greece had the pleasure to sponsor the "Aquaculture Symposium 2023" which was organized with great success, for the third consecutive year, by Next is Now and Dome Consulting, in collaboration with the University of Patras. 

The thematic pillar of this year's event was the transformation and resilience of Greek aquaculture towards a socially acceptable and environmentally sustainable development.  Among the issues extensively discussed by the participants of the Symposium were measures and actions to support the long-term development of the aquaculture sector, new trends in consumption and the sustainable development of aquaculture with emphasis on the welfare of farmed fish.

The Symposium was attended by high-ranking representatives of the government and political leadership, as well as distinguished executives of the academic community, scientific and other institutional bodies as well as investors. On behalf of the Company, the Branch Managers, Mr. Athanasios I. Smyrnis and Mr. Vasil Dimitrov attended the Symposium.

The sponsorship of the 3rd Aquaculture Symposium is part of the targeted corporate responsibility actions implemented by Euroins with stability and consistency in its ten years of presence in Greece.
